Future Caucus Co-Chairs Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) and Congressman Will Hurd (R-TX) commemorated MAP's Second Anniversary with over 300 people at a panel discussion titled, "The Young Madisons: Why a New Generation is Standing Up for the Constitution."
Joining Reps. Gabbard and Hurd on the panel were political commentator Mary Katharine Ham, and MAP President and Co-Founder Steven Olikara to pose an age-old question to the Millennial generation: What does the Constitution mean to you?
The discussion focused on young leaders in the areas of policy, governance, and citizen engagement who are shaping America's future as a constitutional democracy. The panelists were chosen for their diverse perspectives and significant leadership contributions in the political sphere.
