Derek Kilmer (WA-6), Rep. Lee Zeldin (NY-1), Rep. Peter Meijer (MI-3) and Rep. Brendan Boyle (PA-2) passed the House of Representatives unanimously without objection on March 9th, 2021, passed the Senate on March 17th, and was signed into law by President Biden on March 24th.
