Paige Ferguson

Policy innovation lab director

 

Paige Ferguson is the Policy Innovation Lab Director for the Millennial Action Project (MAP), the largest nonpartisan organization of young lawmakers in the United States. MAP works with over 1,600 Millennial and Gen Z elected leaders in Congress and state legislatures to bridge divides, collaborate on future-oriented policy, and scale a healthy culture of democracy. In her role, Paige will lead MAP’s efforts to educate, engage, and mobilize young lawmakers around a member-informed, curated policy agenda in order to support bipartisan legislative advancements.

Paige was previously the Chief of Staff of a pro-democracy super PAC where she ran the operations for a multi-state campaign. Prior to that, she served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Policy and Political Department at RepresentUs, where she managed projects across teams including the Campaign Accelerator, anti-gerrymandering program, and vote-by-mail legislative work. Other experiences include working for a Series A tech startup and a corporate recruiting firm. She started her career at the American Association for Justice. 

Paige holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Originally from outside of Philadelphia, Paige enjoys kayaking, exploring new restaurants, and making her friends’ birthday cakes.
