WASHINGTON, DC — Six Georgia Future Caucus members, Democratic Reps. Jasmine Clark, Yasmin Neal, Solomon Adesanya, Saira Draper, Dar’Shun Kendrick, and Imani Barnes, will attend Millennial Action Project’s Future Summit Aug. 9-12, a conference for the country’s most promising, effective young lawmakers. Their selection is the result of their ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the aisle and achieve legislative results through bipartisan leadership.
Future Summit is the nation’s largest bipartisan convening of young state legislators. Now in its seventh year, hundreds of legislators and members of the Future Caucus network have set aside partisan differences and joined together to hear from expert speakers, participate in bridge-building breakout sessions, and evaluate tactics to foster a more collaborative governing culture in their statehouses.
