WKOW

MADISON (WKOW) — Two groups who typically endorse candidates in Supreme Court elections are choosing not too. Panels Analiese Eicher, Executive Director of One Wisconsin Now and Dr. Will Flanders, Research Director of Wisconsin Institute for Law call the move “unique.”

Most recently the U.S. Chamber of Commerce decided they won’t spend money on the race because of Hagedorn’s ties in helping create a private elementary school that allows gay students to be expelled.

The national organization typically gives money to Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce to help conservatives.

Last month Wisconsin Realtors Association withdrew their endorsement from Judge Hagedorn after recent news reports.

It’s no surprise today’s political climate is intense. Some don’t want any part of it, but one organization is hoping to transform heated political rhetoric into action. Founder and President of the Millennial Action Project, Steven Olikara breaks down his work to bring people together during political divisiveness.
